I've been blessed throughout the years to have had the opportunity to work with some fabulous composers. During my education journey I have also had the great pleasure to initiate a "New Music Initiative" commissioning, or co-commissioning works for wind ensemble/bands in order to help bring new music to HS's and Universities through the world. Here is a list of the works I've been able to be a small part of through commissions:
"Dusk" by Stephen Bryant - April 2004 - World Premiere by Langley HS Wind Symphony- 2004 MENC National Convention
"Voice of the City" - Richard Danielpour - 2006 - Consortium member
"Mosaico Mexicano for Wind Symphony" - Arturo Rodriguez - April 2007-World Premiere Carnegie Hall - NYC
"Renascence" - Christopher Marshall - 2007 Consortium Member
"Sech Tanze Six Dances" for Chamber Wind Ensemble Op. 71" - 2007 RolfRudin - Consortium Member
"Elegy and Rondo" for violoncello solo and wind symphony in memory of William Kellerman - 2009 - ArturoRodriguez - World Premiere Vienna Austria - Langley Wind SymphonyEuropean Tour
